Swords & Sorcery: Magic, Energy, & Magic Elements

Magic is a core part of Everyday life and a cornerstone for most technologies. Magic is sorted based on Source, Domain, and Spell Purpose. Magic Elements are grouped into one of seven domains based on their properties with 7 of those elements being the "Cardinal" Elements others are based on.

Domain of One:

Domain of Sun:
-Light: Light is a versatile Element with high utility and combat potential, from lighting up dark places to laser beams cabable of cutting through Magic Reinforced Steel.

-Time: Time is a Magic Element that is considered one of the most powerful and rare. Time Magic can only be countered effectively by Space Magic or Anti-Magic Devices.

-Star: Star Magic grants abilities related to stars, use of starlight, stardust, stars, nebulae, flares, and constructs made of stellar matter and energy. 

Domain of Moon:
-Dark: Darkness is an Enigmatic Element, Composed of "Dark Matter and Dark Energy in equal parts in the highest concentration possible", it has some unique properties such as seemingly extinguishing all light and also being quite cold due to lack of heat. 

-Space: Space Magic allows one to use abilities like Teleportation or Warp Travel in more basic applications, but when used in advanced attacks one can use it to turn any building into an inescapable maze prison. It is seen as the counterpart element to Time Magic as space when warped to a high degree changes the properties of time in that local space.

-Gravity: Gravity magic is seen as the counterpart to Star Magic mainly because Gravity is the main force of star formation as well as the main force behind the end results, Supernovae and Black Holes.

Domain of Earth:
-Earth: Grants access to Magic involving Earthen Materials like Soil, Clay, Stone, and Crystals.

-Wood: Grants access to Magic relating to plants and fungi like trees, grass, flowers, mushrooms, etc.

-Metal: Grants access to Magic relating to metals.

Domain of Sky:
-Air: Self Explanatory, can use Magic relating to Air, Wind, and Clouds.

-Storm: Storm grants access to Lightning and Magnetism as a Magic Element. 

-Sound: Sound grants access to Magic relating to just that from singing songs imbued with compulsion charms to coating a sword in a sonic boom.

Domain of Sea:
-Water: Can use magic relating to Liquid Water even in Mist Form.

-Ice: Grants access to Ice Magic, uses Ice, Snow, and other Frozen Water varieties.

-Acid:  Grants access to various liquid acids as a Magic Element.
